All proposals that include faculty or staff outside of the managing department (Master) must include confirmation that the collaborating department (Subaccount) is aware and agrees to participate in the project. At the time of proposal submission, these collaborations across departments require the submission of a Subaccount Waiver Form in lieu of Stock 136 forms.
Subaccount Waivers include information from the collaborating departments regarding the effort and budget required to meet the goals of the project. This information is used to complete the detailed or modular budget, budget justification, and can also be used for completing other support pages, if requested by the sponsor.
